Program Description
Our Three Peaks Semi-Private Personal Training sessions consist of three unique sections that provide all participants with a well-rounded, addictive, and personalized experience that maximizes results.
Peak 1: Core-dination
Target your core, balance, and coordination with a blend of unique movements.
Peak 2: Control
This is where real strength happens. You will use variety of weights and tempo training to get you stronger and leaner.
Peak 3: Capacity
Time to get sweaty. Using 5, 10, and 15 minutes intervals, you will use a blend of functional movements to develop the ability to produce power, develop agility, and increase capacity for work and play.
Each session begins with our signature Gear Up, a thorough warm up starting from the ground up to prepare your body for work and help prevent injuries throughout your day.
Members of the gym can join Three Peaks Training after they've acquired the criteria of skills, competence, and confidence in personal training.
