Book your free discovery call with one of our professionals. The purpose of this call is for us to learn if we are a good fit to help you by asking you questions and answering yours. If we are the perfect fit to help, we'll book an in-person consultation. If not, we'll make a local referral to another trusted professional.
During your consultation, you'll receive a tour of our facility, assess ranges of motion, revisit goals, deliver pertinent educational content and begin crafting your custom plan including exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle to get you moving toward your goals. The appointment will take about 1 hour.
During the first two to four weeks, you'll work 1-on-1 with a professional to implement your custom plan, create a functional diagnosis, a list of success metrics, and your custom exercise prescription.
During this phase, you will continue to work 1 on 1 with our professional team to competence and confidence in 4 key areas:
Moving safely and effectively, and efficiently.
Reading and understanding exercise programming.
Improving lifestyle factors that directly impact goal achievement.
Understanding Progressive Athletics primary principles as well as foundations of recovery, capacity, and exercise.
Once you've achieved freedom of movement and no longer need 1 on 1 sessions, you can attend small group (small group) sessions.
During these sessions each member is performing a hybrid of custom programming and general programming at a set session time, with a maximum of 10 clients per session. During these sessions, a professional is actively ensuring that everyone is receiving coaching, cueing, correcting, feedback, and encouragement so they are never left wondering "Am I doing this right?"
This phase includes regular meetings with your lead professional to discuss progress, review relevant education, and reassess as needed.
