Bio
Member-turned-trainer Linette started at Progressive Athletics in 2018 as someone who was deeply unhappy with her own health.
She lost over 70 pounds through hard work and dedication as she took control of her health and self-confidence. Along the way, she found her calling.
Today she guides her clients through that same journey by helping members of the Progressive Athletics community make positive changes that can last a lifetime.
