Our Three Peaks Semi-Private Personal Training sessions consist of three unique sections that provide all participants with a well-rounded, addictive, and personalized experience that maximizes results.
- Peak 1: We will target your core, and improve your coordination with a blend of unique movements.
- Peak 2: This is where strength happens. We incorporate tempo training to get you stronger and leaner.
- Peak 3: Time to get sweaty. Using 5, 10, and 15 minute intervals, we use a blend of proprietary movements to torch calories.
All workouts begin and end with a mix of dynamic and static stretches to help improve your flexibility and mobility.
