Evolving our Mission

How our unique training system was born

In 2022, Mark and Linette evaluted workouts across Howard County and discovered that they were either too hard, too easy, or had the wrong exercises. People in this area needed workouts that counteracted hours of sitting in front of devices. Chronic ailments such as "text neck", back pain and knee pain were common, even among those your regularly worked out. They embarked on a year of research and development, collaborating with chiropractors and physical therapists to develop a workout system that would directly address these issues. In January 2023, they launched the Three Peaks Training System! Members are reporting increased strength and less pain. Linette also introduced personal health coaching for each member so members could make lasting changes that extend beyond the gym.
